Wilson Asked to Explain the Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act

The pro-union Department of Labor is attempting to misuse the Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act to curtail “persuader activity.” Phil Wilson was contacted by the Society for Human Resource Management to clarify the genesis of the LMRDA, in relation to the administration’s attempt to twist the law to implement their agenda.
