Wilson Asked to Comment On Proposed NLRB Rule

As we’ve notified you recently, the NLRB has proposed to change the Excelsior list requirements to the previous standard of simply voter names and home addresses, deleting the Obama-era inclusion of email address and home and personal cell phone numbers. The rule also includes an addition of absentee ballots for those serving military duty. In a July 30th SHRM article, Phil clarified that The NLRB will continue to prohibit others, including individuals who are injured and can’t go to a polling place or employees who are on vacation, from voting in union elections if they are not present in person.
