EFCA: Organized Crime or Organized Labor?

by | Jul 30, 2008 | Employee Free Choice Act

Two radio spots are airing in Minnesota targeting candidate Al Franken and his support of the Employee Free Choice Act. The opening line of one of the spots states,

“Since 2001, one group has been involved in embezzlement and racketeering and been the target of more than 2000 criminal investigations and 600 indictments,”

and then asks the question: “Organized crime? No, organized labor.”

Do you want these guys working “on your behalf?” (Listen to the spots here)
