- A/P and A/R oversight and financial reporting
- HR administration, including insurance, benefits, and 401(k)
- DOL reporting and compliance management
- Technology stack, databases, and library infrastructure
Laura is the person who makes sure the details are right, the systems are aligned, and the work behind the scenes supports the work we deliver out front. She is not simply maintaining processes. She is improving them — building a stronger operational backbone for LRI’s next chapter of growth.
