When Dana Corp workers were continuously bombarded to sign a United Auto Workers (UAW) Authorization Cards until the UAW was recognized through a neutrality agreement. The workers chose to fight back and earned the right to “Decertify” through a secret ballot election. It appears the unions are afraid this will give others ideas and are challenging the ruling.
