When Free Means “No”

I just have to pass this article along – it is such a reasoned, concise parsing of the argument that union proponents are trying to make about the elimination of privacy as an extender of freedom via the misnamed Employee Free Choice Act.

Look at it this way: I you were a Martian, had just landed, read what the EFCA will do to employees (forget businesses…), what would you think of the motives of those behind the act?
