Rudy Giuliani may be running for Senate in New York in 2010. Sources say Giuliani is prepared to run against Democrat Kristen Gillibrand for the remaining two years of Hillary Clinton’s Senate seat. More to come on this as news comes in. This move changes that seat from likely Democrat to competitive – possibly leaning Republican. Certainly increases pressure on an Employee Free Choice Act move in early 2010.
