The site also includes two nice series of posts on organizing strategy. One is on how unions can use statistics to strategically target employers and the second is on successful tactics unions have used to win “underdog” cases. This is a good site for learning lessons on vulnerability assessment. It also includes some advice on how unions can effectively use their websites and other resources to improve organizing results.
