Mike Fox over at Jottings from and Employer’s Lawyer has this interesting post on a recent 7th Circuit opinion about a fight between two rival unions. My old law firm was in Chicago and I couldn’t agree more about the great judges (and often very enjoyable opinions – well, enjoyable for a geek like me) on that Circuit – Easterbrook and Posner in particular. Easterbrook’s brother is no slouch either when it comes to entertaining reading. I finally got Mike’s blog syndicated in my newsreader, so I’ll probably be commenting more regularly on his excellent blog.
