The Workforce Democracy and Fairness Act (H.R.3094), introduced by House Committee on Education and the Workforce Chairman John Kline (R-MN), is intended to rein in the National Labor Relations Board’s (NLRB), including the “ambush” election rule moved forward by the NLRB earlier today. The bill passed the House in a vote of 235 to 188.
